Matcha is non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless it arrives damaged.
In such cases, a replacement will be provided — no refunds. Claims must be made within 24 hours with clear photos.
2. Delivery
Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, or 7–14 days during peak times.
We are not responsible for courier delays or handling.

Matcha Flame is only responsible for product quality and consistency from Tokyo to your hands.
4. Storage
To maintain matcha freshness:
• Store in a cool, dry place
• Seal tightly after use
• Best consumed within 30–60 days after opening
