Pre-orders take two weeks.
There are no returns unless there is a confirmed issue with the product. In such cases, clear proof photos or videos must be provided, and the request will be carefully reviewed before any action is taken.
For items purchased during promotions or discounts:
If a product issue is confirmed, all items must be returned completely with no missing pieces.
Return period:
Any issue must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order. After this period, the customer has no right to request a return or any action will be taken.
Please also ensure you select the correct size before placing your order, as we are not responsible for incorrect size selection. Kindly refer to the Size Chart before purchasing.
